TFI owns and invests in Joint Venture manufacturing facilities in the apparel and apparel component industries. These ventures are mature businesses and often leaders in their market segment.
Jacob Industries invests in green-field businesses in the apparel industry. JI looks for new or under-developed areas in which to invest, and ventures that provide specific opportunities such as speed, geographic diversity or pricing advantages.
Bailey Investments invests in and operates companies outside of traditional apparel manufacturing though often within the same regions of the world and/or with current partners.
Samtex invests in and helps operate businesses that advance innovations and technology. Most of the companies in which Samtex invests are inside of the United States and have some connection to the businesses that are well-known to the Family.

Linea Aqua - Sri Lanka (TFI)
One of the finest swimwear facilities in the World, Linea Aqua is a three-way joint venture with MAS, Speedo and TFI. The leader not only in manufacturing, but of fabric research and swimwear fashions, designs and innovations. Linea Aqua supplies swimwear to global retailers of swimwear and beachwear including Victoria’s Secret, Lands' End, Quiksilver, and Triumph.
T&S Button - Bangladesh (TFI)
T & S Buttons (Bangladesh) Ltd. is a joint venture company between US based investor TFI & Hong Kong based leading button manufacturer T & S BUTTONS HONG KONG. This world class manufacturing facility is located at Adamjee, EPZ in Narayangonj and commenced production in December, 2011 offering a comprehensive range of products.
Seeds Intimate Apparel India, Bras (TFI)
Seeds is a four-way joint venture between Brandix International, TFI, Mast Industries, Inc., and Clover International. Located in the Brandix India Apparel City in Visakhapatnam, Seeds has the capacity to produce up to 20 million bras annually. Seeds' primary customers are Victoria’s Secret and Pink.
Intimark - Mexico, Intimate Apparel, Athletic wear (Jacob Industries)
Intimark is a joint venture partnership between Jacob Industries, Grupo Deal SA de CV, EME Holdings SA de CV and Lancap Holdings (Mexico) Inc. and is a premier speed-sourcing manufacturer into the United States. With world class customers including Victoria’s Secret, Chico’s, and Adidas, Intimark is one of the western hemisphere’s top producers of quality intimate apparel and knitwear. Its geographic proximity to the United States provides unparalleled response time for its customers and its products range from t-shirts to yoga pants, panties to scarves.
Young Brands Apparel - India, Intimate Apparel and Knitwear (Jacob Industries)
Young Brands is a joint venture partnership between Jacob Industries, Bannari Amman Spinning Mill Ltd., Shiva Tax Yarn, Ltd., and Intimark Holdings. It specializes in ladies, men’s and children’s underwear and sleepwear for the European Markets. Its customers include Marks and Spencer and Jockey.
Juliana Rae - Web-based (Jacob Industries)
Juliana Rae is an online retailer of high-end women’s intimate apparel in natural fabrics in which Jacob took an equity position 2006. JR specializes in providing beautifully designed, fashionable, luxurious lingerie.

Stretchline International, China, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Mexico, Honduras (TFI)
Stretchline International is the global leader in elastics and narrow fabrics supplying the intimate apparel and athletic wear industry from state of the art facilities world-wide. Stretchline leads the industry in innovations and technological advances and holds patents for several apparel specific components such as Fortitube and Stay4Sure which makes intimate apparel more comfortable and durable.
Prym Newey (through Stretchline) Sri Lanka, Trims (TFI)
Founded in 1903, Prym Newey supplies trims and accessories to the wholesale and consumer apparel and needlework industries globally. With a vast array products, Prym Newey remains focused on their mission of responsibility toward society and the environment: quality-control, ecofriendly resources and production processes.
Pioneer Elastics Visag, India (through Leading Investments) (Jacob Industries)
Pioneer Elastics is a leader in the supply of both woven and knit narrow fabrics to the Indian and Sri Lankan intimate apparel industry. The facility is located in the BIAC.
Ananta Huaxing- Bangladesh (Jacob Industries)
Ananta Huaxing is a joint venture partnership between Huatex International Ltd. – one of the finest sweater knitters in China, Ananta Group Limited and Jacob Industries. Ananta Huaxing is a fully automated sweater facility in Bangladesh. With capacity to knit from 3 gg to 14 gg sweaters on over 150 Shima Knitting Machines in a newly constructed facility in Dhaka, Ananta Huaxing is at the forefront of quality and responsible manufacturing in Bangladesh for customers such as Gap, H&M and Next.
Sapphirus- Sri Lanka - Sapphire Polishing (Bailey Investments)
Sapphirus is a three-way joint venture between Bailey Investments, Scepter Investments Ltd. and Nick Clayton. Sapphirus is the foremost manufacturer of high quality precision Round Brilliant and Royal Asscher Cut sapphires for the global jewelry industry. Customers include Tiffany & Co. and Chanel.
Brandix India Apparel City- Visag India- Industrial Park (Jacob Industries)
BIAC is a partnership with majority owner Brandix International. The 1000 acre industrial park is recognized as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) by the Government of India with state of the art infrastructure. Its tenants include global leaders in multiple industries that seamlessly support quick and innovative sourcing of the finest textiles and apparel.
